St. Marys / Race starts on Water St. beside the Lind Sportsplex /10:00 am Start Time / Registration Desk opens at 8:00 am and closes at 9:45 am / Funds will support a healthy, active community and enable the St. Marys Memorial Hospital Foundation to sponsor monthly fre swims and bi-weekly free skates at the Pyramid Rec Complex
Families and other partners in care are welcome 24 hours a day according to patient preference, condition and care needs. Please check with unit staff about optimal visiting times for the patient.

Research has found that regular physical activity appears as effective as psychotherapy for treating mild to moderate depression. Therapists also report that patients who exercise regularly simply feel better and are less likely to overeat or abuse alcohol and drugs.
