Hospital Accountability Agreements

Under The Commitment to the Future of Medicare Act, 2004, all hospitals in the Province of Ontario are required to sign an annual Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (H-SAA). the H-SAA requires that the hospital achieves a balanced budget position, and outlines other financial performance obligations that the hospital is required to meet.

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance's 2018-2020 Hospital Service Accountability Agreements (H-SAA) and Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) with the South West Local Health Integration Network are available for each of our hospital sites.
