Surgical Ambulatory Care (SAC) is an outpatient surgical clinic where minor surgical procedures are performed such as the removal of lesions, wound care and excisions.

Physician referral is required.

Locations & Hours of Operation:

St. Marys Memorial Hospital – Main Level – Please register at Patient Registration

  • Hours of Operation: Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Stratford General Hospital – East Building, Level 2 – Please register at Surgical Services Reception (East Building, Level 2, E2-706)

  • Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
