Current Volunteer Opportunity: Gift Shop - Clinton, St. Marys & Seaforth
Gift Shops at HPHA are owned and operated by Volunteers and Hospital Auxiliaries and proceeds help support the purchase of patient care equipment and help fund Volunteer programs.
Gift Shop volunteers greet patients, visitors and other customers in a friendly manner and offer exceptional customer service and assistance. You will process sales (cash, credit card, debit) and ensure items are in appropriate spaces and restock when necessary. You will count the float and cash at the beginning and end of your shift and record complaints, concerns and compliments that require follow up.
Occasionally you may assist with other duties such as inventory, to keep the gift shop running efficiently.
