Your blood type determines who you can donate to, or receive blood from. People with type O negative (O-) are considered universal donors, as they can donate red blood cells to all other blood type recipients. Clinical Intensive Case Management Program

The Huron Perth Clinical Intensive Case Management Program provides time-limited, goal specific in home community treatment. 

The program focuses on relapse prevention and stabilization in the community utilizing:

  • psychoeducation
  • medication management
  • liaison with partner agencies
  • advocacy. 

Referrals can be made by anyone (physicians, social workers, case workers, nurses, community agencies, families and self referrals).  Please call the number below for more information or to begin the intake process.
