Some healthcare services offered at the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance will not be available on Monday, November 12, 2018 in recognition of Remembrance Day.

All Outpatient Clinics at all four hospital sites will be closed on Monday, November 12, 2018.

The following services will also be closed:

  • Outpatient Laboratory Services

The Emergency Departments located at all four hospitals sites are open 24 hours daily.

Our Helpline and Crisis Response Team is also available 24 hours daily at 1-888-829-7484.

Breastfeeding moms can call 24 hours daily to receive support from the staff on the Maternal Child Unit. Staff can be reached at 519-272-8232 or 1-888-275-1102 ext 8232

Cafes & Gift Shops

Please note that cafes and gift shops will also be closed.

  • Food service at cafeterias at all HPHA hospitals will not be available but 24-hour food and beverage vending is available. Vending machines are located in the cafeterias at HPHA hospitals. At Stratford General Hospital vending is also available in the Emergency Department and Second Floor Lobby. Coffee is available 24 hours a day at all sites.
  • The Coffee Shop at Stratford General Hospital will be closed.
  • Gift Shops at all HPHA hospitals will be closed.
