Take HPHA’s Community Engagement Survey!

February 15, 2018

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) is committed to working with our community members to promote better health and deliver quality, safe care for the residents of Huron and Perth Counties.

“The health care system impacts everyone at some point during their lives, whether seeking assistance with lifestyle changes, receiving care in a hospital, or managing a chronic illness,” says Andrew Williams, President & CEO. “Here at the HPHA we want to make use of feedback and opinions from community members to help us plan and continue to provide quality health care services.”

With this in mind, an engagement survey has been developed to ensure the Alliance is asking our communities how they wish to participate, receive information and get involved with our hospitals in Clinton, St. Marys, Seaforth and Stratford.

“By completing this survey, participants are helping us to be able to create strategies and tools that will best meet their needs and preferences for engaging with us,” adds Williams.

The survey will remain open until March 8, 2019.
