About HPHA

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which consists of 11 elected (voting) and nine ex-officio (non-voting) members.

HPHA Community Council

Overview

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with the communities it serves. Through the Community Council, HPHA governors, leadership and community members come together to share information and engage in thoughtful discussion, building meaningful connections across all communities served by HPHA. Community members play an active role as voting participants on HPHA’s Board Committees, where their local expertise and perspectives help shape strategic and healthcare planning.

The HPHA Community Council meets at least two times per year and reports to the Governance, Community Relations & System Transformation Committee.
