Our team of therapists, comprised of occupational therapists and physiotherapists, offer specialized rehabilitation services to patients with conditions and disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow.
Priority is given to referrals for post-surgical and acute injury/trauma.
Please note that a physician's referral is required. Upon referral, an assessment is initiated and treatment provided as indicated.
A waiting list may exist and referrals will be prioritized based on the medical information received. Individuals with private insurance and/or third party coverage are encouraged to seek services at a community rehabilitation clinic or through a private provider.
Notification of a cancellation of an appointment is appreciated 24- 48 hours in advance if possible.

Patients who have a Hand Therapy Appointment should enter Stratford General Hospital through the West Building Entrance off West Gore St.
- Parking is available in Lot E off of West Gore St.
- COVID-19 self-screening is in effect.
