The Happy Valley Family Health Team (FHT) is recruiting a Full or Part Time Family Physician to join the team and build a practice.

• Participation in hospital work, including emergency medicine and/or hospitalist.
• FHT staffing includes Nurse Practitioners, nurses, dietician, pharmacist, social workers, addictions counsellor and administrative support.

• Teaching opportunities & Adjunct Appointment available through Schulich/Western.

St. Marys Memorial Hospital/Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance

• 20 beds with a mix of medicine & complex continuing care.
• Close proximity to secondary (15 mins to Stratford ) and tertiary (30 mins to London) centres. 
• Hospitalist schedule is 7 days – Fri-Thurs and paid a daily stipend.
• PACS, X-Ray, Lab and U/S on site.  CT & MRI available at Stratford General.
• Opportunity to provide ED coverage – Physicians are scheduled 12 hr shifts and paid through the AFA.

St. Marys is a small community with a population of approximately 7,000. It is a 90 minute drive West of Toronto and just 30 minutes from London. It is a community recognized for its natural resources, with the Thames River and many limestone buildings and homes.
