The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance - Stratford General Hospital site is recruiting an Orthopedic Surgeon.
The successful candidate will:
- Join the existing team of two Orthopedic Surgeons.
- Have knowledge and skill in hip and knee arthroplasty.
- Fellowship training in arthroplasty is an asset.
- Have access to OR time and reasonable on-call coverage.
- Have opportunity to share clinic space with established colleagues.
- Enjoy excellent consultant back up and ancillary staff support.
- Have opportunity to participate in teaching students & residents.
- Join a working environment that is congenial and informal.
- Hold independent licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or be eligible for licensure.
- Be a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC).
This position will commence in Summer 2024.

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is an alliance of four hospitals located in Southwestern Ontario including; Clinton Public, Seaforth Community, St Marys Memorial and Stratford General Hospitals.
Stratford General Hospital, a 120 bed acute and continuing care hospital is the regional referral centre for Huron & Perth County residents, offering a broad range of medical and surgical inpatient services including critical care and neonatal intensive care, supported with internists, pediatricians and surgical specialists such as urology, ENT, ophthalmology, gynecological, plastics, general and orthopedics.
