The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) consists of four hospital corporations (Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital, Stratford General Hospital) and has effectively operated as an amalgamated organization since its inception in 2003. The HPHA has a single Board of Directors, Administration, and Professional Staff, and fully integrated systems and processes. The HPHA is also the single employer of the hospitals’ employees. To formalize how the organization has operated for 20 years, the HPHA is moving forward with amalgamating the four existing corporations into one.
